DHi Wins U.S. Navy SeaPort-e Drydocking Contract

Arlington, Virginia (May 22, 2006)—DHi announced today that it has been awarded a 5-year SeaPort-e contract, $780,000 contract to support drydocking services to the United States Navy.  This new NAVSEA contract tasks DHi with supplying drydock engineering and training services to all personnel involved with drydocking U.S. Navy ships world-wide. DHi will also help assure the safety of the Navy's high value seagoing assets by providing state-of-the-art procedures and services around the clock.

DHi's latest efforts in the drydocking arena will be led by the company's Director of Naval Engineering, Rick Hepburn (USN Ret.) On May 1, 2006, the Commander of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Vice Admiral Paul Sullivan, USN, stated in his keynote address at the American Society of Naval Engineers' (ASNE's) "Engineering the Total Ship Symposium" that &"If you want to know anything about dry docks, see Rick Hepburn." The Symposium was held at the new Ballston Westin Hotel in Arlington, Virginia
