New AfterGlow E-Commerce Site
Annapolis, MD (March 15, 2006) —AfterGlow Direct, the only website with exclusive rights to market the AfterGlow™ Technologies product line, unveiled a new site design and upgraded catalog today. In order to keep up with both growing sales and a competitive market, AfterGlow™ Technologies enlisted the help of Janmedia Interactive, company specializing in web design.
"We see ourselves as a leader in the photoluminescent safety industry with a corporate mission of providing the best service and product to our customers," Director of Technology Tom Buckingham explained. "To execute that mission requires continual investment and improvement." The new site is a tool that will help AfterGlow™ Technologies not only offer products to its customers in a clear and convenient fashion, but also solicit feedback and suggestions so the company can better serve those customers.
This newly-redesigned site is also a positive step for AfterGlow's identity. AfterGlow™ Technologies has a long history of success in both Federal and commercial markets. After DHi experienced tremendous success in the Federal market—the most significant victory being its ongoing and exclusive installation in the Pentagon—company leadership recognized the importance of bringing this life-saving technology to the commercial market. Thus, AfterGlow™ Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DHi, was born. AfterGlow™ Technologies will use this site to help its customers learn about its heritage and also envision its future.
Integration Engineer Joe Jones, who heads the effort to bring AfterGlow products to the aviation and marine industries, plans to use this new website as a tool for his endeavors. "The concept of effective and affordable photoluminescent technology for aviation and marine applications is new and sometimes misunderstood," he remarked. "Our informative new web site will help explain this revolutionary technology to the public, facilitating well-informed decisions about which products will best satisfy their individual requirements."
