AfterGlow Technologies and Jalite USA Announce New Agreement

New York, NY (October 3, 2006)—AfterGlow Technologies, Inc. and Jalite USA, LLC, have jointly announced today a new, comprehensive agreement covering the sales, distribution, and installation of Jalite’s line of photoluminescent (PL) safety products.  This agreement appoints AfterGlow as an authorized dealer of Jalite products in the commercial and residential real estate markets in the five boroughs of New York City as well as in Boston, Massachusetts.
